- Delivered the £6m Poplar Works scheme, home to over 40 early stage fashion and creative enterprises, 60% of whom are from the local area
- Working with local partners, established the Tommy Flowers pub and tearoom, a valuable social and community resource in the area
- The Aberfeldy Start Here scheme supports existing and new retailers on the high street, building a local, sustainable business pipeline in advance of the new scheme, with c. £200,000 investment
- Meanwhile 2.0 is currently being planned to continue trading of the Meanwhile retail on Aberfeldy Street, building on the success of that project, and continuing to support local businesses

- Realising the next phase of the Leaside Fashion & Creative Cluster in Aberfeldy through the creation of c. 3,000 sqm workspace as part of the masterplan
- Developing a local procurement strategy to maximise opportunities for local businesses to form key parts of the Aberfeldy development supply chain
- Supporting the next stage of Start Here to enable a mini-high street offer throughout the construction
