Our Track Record

  • With EcoWorld London, we’re building around 2,500 new homes and creating a place that ‘feels like a village’ on the Aberfeldy Estate.
  • Aberfeldy Village works began on site in 2012, and are taking place over six phases. By the end of Phase 3, which is due for completion in 2022, we will have built more than 900 new homes: 165 social rent, 17 shared ownership, 561 private sale and 158 private rent – as well as new green spaces, health and community facilities.
  • Capital investment phases 1-3 – c £237m
  • 45% of the social rent homes are 3+ bedrooms
  • 10% increase in affordable homes in phases 1 to 3
  • Energy efficient on-site energy centre for heating and hot water

Future Plans

  • We are currently consulting the community about the potential expansion of the development area in Aberfeldy West.
  • In 2020, on a 91.1% voter turnout, 93.1% of residents voted YES to regeneration
  • New masterplan phases A – D – £589m
  • Total number of homes planned – c 1,600, of which 426 are affordable (35% by habitable room)
  • Approx 18% increase in affordable homes in new masterplan phases A-D
  • Across the whole masterplan we will deliver a minimum of 35% affordable homes, and we have ambitions to go beyond that, to achieve up to 50%.
  • Deliver a range of different homes, including apartments, maisonettes and houses.
  • Every resident who lives in Aberfeldy has been offered the option to remain living in Aberfeldy, in a new home, the same size or bigger, on a like-for-like basis.
