- Radically transform the Abbott Road underpass into Highland Place, creating a new east-west walking and cycling connection, eventually linking, Canning Town through to Chrisp Street
- Enhancements to Jolly’s Green
- Improvements to Dee Street underpass
- New affordable workspace to come forward in new masterplan, building upon success of Poplar Works
- New mosque for AICC
