- Poplar HARCA’s £250k a year grant to the Bromley by Bow Centre contributes to their work on health & wellbeing
- Social Care – a flexible, personalised programme supporting people with a range of learning, physical and complex needs
- Fit for Life, supporting over 350 new people through one-to-one and group activities.
- Communities Driving Change – a three year flagship project aimed at empowering communities to take action on local issues.
- Health Champion programme has supported 64 local residents to complete an accredited six week training course.
- 181 people supported through our and Physical Activity programme this year – including over 50s, young people with disabilities and mental health issues and families

- New community café to encourage healthy eating initiatives
- Ongoing Social Care, Communities Driving Change and Health Champions programmes
- Continuing partnership work with Bikeworks and London Cycling Campaign to promote cycling training and group activities for all ages.
- Sport and physical activity sessions for children, adults and families will continue raising more funds from previous and new funders including Sports England, London Marathon Community Trust (LMCT), Save the Children Fund, West Ham Foundation, and corporate donors.
- Social Prescribing and other partnership projects implemented by the Wellone partnership
