Future Plans
- Chrisp St town centre transformation will bring improved market and retail, cinema, restaurants and start-up space creating 400 new full time jobs
- Realising the next steps in the Leaside Fashion & Creative Cluster, which ultimately aims to secure 40,000 sqm workspace, supporting 650 businesses and generating 350 new jobs
- Aberfeldy regeneration to deliver c. 5,000 sqm workspace and c. 3,000 sqm retail space, creating a new high street and supporting a range of small and medium sized enterprises
- Poplar business directory, showcasing the breadth of active enterprises in the area and increasing business audiences
