Our Track Record
Established Poplar HARCA as a training academy delivering accredited qualifications, including English, Maths, ESOL and ICT
Expanded digital training to reach 400 residents; 150 supported into jobs and/or progressed to better paying jobs.

Future Plans
- Expand the training offer at Poplar Works to include level 3 qualifications in Fashion & Textiles Production and enhanced programmes for young people into fashion careers
- Create new enterprise pathways, enabling residents to establish and grow their own business
- Continue to work with local businesses in the area to provide training and employment routes for local residents
